Ailsa has a Bsc. (Hons) in Computer Science from The University of Manchester where she did her post-graduate research in Artificial Intelligence Applied to Silicon Design sponsored by Texas Instruments, Inc. after which she joined their Design Automation Division.

She later joined the Investment Banking Practice at Parallax Solutions before founding Code Red. At Code Red, her background in research and product development has enabled her to partially unravel the complexity of the sales process by developing CLARITY, an online tool that allows companies to accelerate sales.

Eddie has worked in the design industry for over 30 years during which time he has seen and been part of a tremendous amount of change. After starting in the retail sector, he moved into exhibition graphics and marketing support where he's been involved in formulating concept, design and finished art work for the production of displays and corporate sales literature. His speciality is corporate identity and brand development for both service and product based organisations either in print form, such as newsletters, or in digital form for web sites and e-flyers.
