Success criteria
The first stage in our consulting process is to concentrate on the
client's objectives for the project. Code Red
consultants work with client colleagues to determine the business
goals of the planned interaction, expressing these
in qualitative and quantitative terms as appropriate.
Diagnosis capability
The second stage in our consulting process is diagnosis of the
current business situation. We recognise
that all our clients begin any project in a historical context
that cannot be wished away. We do not waste time fashioning ideal
scenarios that will never be implemented.
Our respect for client's business goals, and our commitment to
achieving them, drives us to fully understand the real-world
environment in which they have to be delivered.
Solution strategy
In this stage Code Red consultants determine
the optimum strategy or strategies for the required solution. The
focus moves from the client's current situation to where they want
to be in a given timeframe and how we can facilitate that transition.
This activity includes:
- determining what expertise is required
- how best to implement the strategy
- transferring our knowledge to the appropriate people
